Welcome to the Journey to Serenity Yin Yoga and Sound Healing twice monthly session!!!These beautiful, nourishing Yin and Sound Sessions are on the second and Fourth Friday of each month (between November 28th and April 24th 2026) and are held in the Meeting / Supper Room of the Paraparaumu Memorial Hall on Tutanekai Street.
It would be lovely to share this healing, nourishing restorative practice in the special energy and support you to give your life a boost of wellbeing and good feeling!!
Unique Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, breathwork and meditation come together to create this specially guided, deeply relaxing and healing experience, held within a unique holistic framework that encourages reflection and self-care.
Take the time and space that this session offers, for yourself, and give yourself a gift of true nourishment.
Bryony Shanti from Heartsong Healing will use a wide range of special healing sound instruments along with her voice to guide you into peace, relaxation and stillness. The healing vibration of the specially chosen sounds will wash over you bringing deep clearing, balance and alignment. There is a experience of gratitude and blessing.
Bryony's sound works to strengthen and deepen the powerful work of Yin yoga teacher Bianca who will guide you through 90-minutes of restorative and uplifting poses that are intended for you relax, heal and to open more to receive the healing vibration of sound.
Bianca's Yin Yoga focuses on easily accessible and effective poses
which work into the deeper connective tissues of the body. These poses are held for anywhere between 90 seconds to 5 minutes to allow for an opening in the body, the perfect way to receive the sound vibrations.
Yin yoga invites us into stillness and gives space for both the mind and body to relax and release tension and stress.
OPEN TO ALL: Whether you have experience in either Yin Yoga and Sound Healing or are looking to try something completely new, you are very welcome to join in the journey into a sense of serenity. Beginners and experienced practitioners alike will find something nourishing for themselves in this session.
