Whether you're experiencing emotional ups and downs, feeling overwhelmed, or simply need a space to connect, you're not alone. The recovery, feedings, all nighters, transitions, and hormonal changes can be so difficult. We're right here with you.
Our group offers:
Compassionate peer support from other moms who understand what you're going through
Resources and tools for self-care and emotional wellness
A judgment-free environment to share experiences and build community
Referrals for physicians and therapists in the area
Meetings include open discussions and practical coping strategies. These meetings are free and open enrollment so you may join in whenever you'd like with no commitment. This postpartum support group is open to females only who are pregnant or have given birth within the last 2 years. Walk-ins are welcome.
This group is led by Choices' Family Services Group Facilitator, Breanne Loveridge, BSW. As a mother of seven, Breanne brings personal and professional experience, including her own journey through postpartum depression and anxiety. She is passionate about supporting and empowering fellow moms through every stage of their postpartum journey.
