We are currently plunging in a 100 gallon tank and tub. Summer we run two, winter we run with one bath. Temp ranges from 45-55 degrees.

Please rinse off before you get in, summer brings sweat, sunscreen and sand, we don't want that in our tub.
The sweet spot is 48-50 degrees and 3 to 6 minutes. 10 minute limit as we want everyone to get a chance to plunge.
If you have health conditions please check with your health provider before getting in an ice bath.
