On the 3rd Saturday of the month, spend 60min on the back patio of the Eco-Discovery Center in a teacher-led vinyasa flow.About this Event
We are not a part from Nature, we are apart of it. Join us for a 60 minute vinyasa flow with kind and caring teacher Alicia. Class is held outside in the morning on our back patio. Bring your own mat and waterbottle and focus inward.
Registration is required but a fee is not required. An optional $10 cash donation is appreciated and supports the center and the program.
