Happy August!!! The eclipse arrives on August 12th. Three days later, we gather to bloom.
An eclipse has a way of bringing hidden things to the surface. It illuminates what we’ve outgrown, what we’ve been holding onto, and where we’re being called to grow.

Then a creative mandala integration will help anchor the insights and healing of your experience.We’ll continue the journey in the warmth of the sauna, creating space to physically and energetically let go of what no longer serves you.
