Glow with the flow this MEA break!Join The Mindfulness Movement for Pose & Play: Glow-Ga, a high-energy, glow-in-the-dark yoga and mindfulness adventure perfect for elementary-aged kids on their non-school day.
In this 3-hour enrichment experience, students will:
✨ Stretch and flow under black lights
🎉 Play glow-in-the-dark movement games
🎨 Create their own neon art projects
💫 Practice mindfulness in a fun and active way
This isn’t your average yoga class—it’s a day to shine bright, move your body, and tap into your inner glow. Neon or white clothing encouraged!
Led by licensed teacher Tara Willits, this event blends movement, creativity, and mindfulness into one unforgettable morning.
