Give the gift of presence this November.Before the holiday rush begins, join us for a mindful evening of movement and connection at our November Family Yoga class with The Mindfulness Movement. This once-a-month experience helps families slow down, breathe together, and build emotional and physical wellness—one pose at a time.
In this 45-minute session, families will:
🤸♀️ Enjoy playful, beginner-friendly yoga poses
🌬️ Practice calming breathing techniques
🧡 Create space for gratitude, laughter, and presence
💛 Strengthen bonds through shared mindfulness
Led by licensed teacher Tara Willits, Family Yoga is designed for kids (ages 5–12) and their caregivers to participate together. It’s a meaningful way to nurture connection while promoting lifelong wellness.
