8 PM - 8:30 PM, Fusion Fundamentals Lesson with Alyssa Adkins
8:30 PM - 9:45 PM, DJ Sam Asuque
9:45 PM - 11:00 PM, DJ Sarah Burgart
LESSON DESCRIPTION
This lesson will be 60% discussion/listening to music and 40% movement. We will be talking about what musical phrasing is, how to listen for it, and how to incorporate that into our partner connection. We will also be discussing common song structures to help us anticipate where music will take us on the dance floor.
Bring your favorite danceable song for us to listen and move to!

PRICING
Sliding Scale: $15 - $60 (no one turned away for lack of funds)
STUFF TO KNOW
Our dances are mask optional: If you are sick please stay home and get better, if you have recently been sick or exposed to respiratory illness, please stay home or wear a mask.
You do not need to bring a partner, everyone dances with everyone.
Be sure to bring water and a pair of clean, soft-soled shoes — no street shoes are allowed in the studio. Please help us in taking care of our lovely floor.
We are always looking for volunteers and organizers! If you're interested in helping out let us know.
