Por Tu Madre/For Your Mother Century Ride is scheduled for Saturday, May 9th, 2026.
Meet at 6:30 am at the Sunken Gardens parking lot (Brackenridge Park)
Rollout at 7:00 am
I will keep the same century route that we've been using for the last 6 years unless someone wants to suggest an alternate 100-mile route. The current route has conveniently located convenience store stops every (+/-) 15 miles, is a loop so you only see things once, is a loop so you get a fair share of favorable tail and crosswinds as well as unfavorable head and crosswinds, is only around 3k ft of elevation--so you get to use all those gears you paid for. The ride is open to everyone willing and able to ride 100 miles but is intended for experienced riders that want to ride an imperial century at an easy peazy pace.
We will most likely have a SAG (volunteers welcome) but be prepared to have someone pick you up if you have to bail out for any reason.
I'll be looking forward to riding with another great group of riders.
