SAN ANTONIO - Golden Rollers New Rider Orientation - Intro to Tricycle Club

New Rider Orientation (NRO) is a 1 hour class that introduces new participants to Ghisallo Cycling Initiative's Golden Rollers Tricycle Club.

Note: completion of this one-time class is required for new riders who wish to join our weekly group rides.

In this class, you'll learn:

• fundamentals of tricycle handling
• riding as a group
• on-bike communication
• safe cycling
• riding with traffic

• all participants must wear a helmet for the entire duration of the ride
• all participants must be members of Lions Field Adult and Senior Center
• all participants must sign a liability release waiver from Ghisallo Cycling Initiative before riding
