Step away from the noise and return to your center. This meditative reset combines gentle movement, breathwork, and guided stillness to help you release stress and recharge your energy. Perfect for anyone seeking clarity, calm, and a fresh start to the week.
You will need:
A high quality yoga mat. (studio mat rentals are $5)
Water (we have a water refill station in studio)
Blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available for you to use at no additional charge
We totally understand that things come up! If you’re unable to attend, please cancel at least an hour in advance through your Momence app. If you don’t cancel ahead of time your drop-in or class credit will be forfeited.
