Dragonfly Beginner Acro: Welcome to the Circus!
Step right up and join us for a 4-class acro yoga series designed especially for beginners! This playful, circus-themed journey will introduce you to the foundational skills of acro yoga with a strong emphasis on playful skill building, mindfulness, and connection. Each 90-minute class will guide you through partner-based poses, fun flows, and trust-building exercises that help you cultivate strength, communication, and body awareness.
You'll challenge your body in new ways—building balance, coordination, and core stability—while discovering just how capable you really are. Whether you're looking to fly, base, or spot, you'll learn in a supportive environment that celebrates curiosity and creative movement. No partner or experience needed—just a willingness to play and explore! Come experience the magic of movement, the joy of collaboration, and the wonder of the circus—acro style!
You will need:
A high quality yoga mat. (studio mat rentals are $5)
Water (we have a water refill station in studio)
Blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available for you to use at no additional charge
We totally understand that things come up! If you’re unable to attend, please cancel at least an hour in advance through your Momence app. If you don’t cancel ahead of time your drop-in or class credit will be forfeited.
