A playful and engaging class designed especially for our elementary level kiddos . Through simple activities like mindful art , mindful breathing, sensory games, rhythm, and gratitude practices, kids will discover simple tools to help them stay present, and connected. This class nurtures focus, creativity, and emotional awareness while making mindfulness fun and accessible for young minds.
You will need:
A high quality yoga mat. (studio mat rentals are $5)
Water (we have a water refill station in studio)
Blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available for you to use at no additional charge
We totally understand that things come up! If you’re unable to attend, please cancel at least an hour in advance through your Momence app. If you don’t cancel ahead of time your drop-in or class credit will be forfeited.
