Together We Flow 🌈Join us for a heart-centered, inclusive hour of connection, rest, and gentle movement. This Pride Month offering invites you to arrive exactly as you are and be held in a space rooted in acceptance and community.
We’ll begin with a grounding meditation to settle the mind and open the heart, followed by a gentle stretch to release tension and awaken the body. From there, ease into a restorative practice with supportive props, allowing your nervous system to soften and unwind. The class will close with a soothing sound bath, guiding you into deep relaxation and inner harmony.
This is a space for all bodies, all identities, and all expressions where breath, movement, and stillness come together in celebration of authenticity, love, and unity. 🌈
