An afternoon of restorative yoga, breath, and deep seasonal renewal.
This quarterly class is open to all not-for-profit employees and volunteers. It is our way of giving back for those of you that do so much. It is a way for you to care for yourself. No experience is needed in any of these classes. Pre-registration is required.
