Inside Out Aerial’s Beginner Pole is the perfect entry point for anyone curious about pole dance and movement. This class focuses on foundational spins, transitions, and strength-building techniques, all taught in a welcoming, body-positive environment.
No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to try something new and have fun!
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and a can-do attitude!
IMPORTANT
- You must provide a notice via email that you will not be able to attend class AT LEAST AN HOUR BEFORE CLASS BEGINS in order to receive a credit to take another class with Inside Out Aerial.
- Please arrive on time for warm-ups. Doors lock for class at 3:45PM
