Pole Dancing For Beginners

Inside Out Aerial’s Beginner Pole is the perfect entry point for anyone curious about pole dance and movement. This class focuses on foundational spins, transitions, and strength-building techniques, all taught in a welcoming, body-positive environment.

No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to try something new and have fun!

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and a can-do attitude!

IMPORTANT

• You must provide a notice via email that you will not be able to attend class AT LEAST AN HOUR BEFORE CLASS BEGINS in order to receive a credit to take another class with Inside Out Aerial.
• Please arrive on time for warm-ups. Doors lock for class at 3:45PM
