Fabric Fundamentals Part 1: Hip Key Clinic

Sunday, January 18th. 6:00-7:30pm

In this workshop, we will break down the elements of the windmill hip key entry and practice drills and conditioning exercises that target each component. For students who already have a consistent windmill hip key, we will start working towards hip keys with straight arms, slow motion hip keys, hip key climbs, and hip key roll-ups.

Fabric Fundamentals Part 2: Invert Clinic

Saturday, February 7th. 3:30-5:00pm

Is your aerial invert keeping you grounded? We will work on drills and conditioning both on the fabric and on the floor to help you unlock a clean, consistent bent arm invert in the air.

Fabric Fundamentals Part 3: Intro to Fabric Theory

Saturday, February 21st. 3:30-5:00pm

Understanding and recognizing foundational wraps will help you train safer and better retain new sequences you learn in class. In this workshop, we will learn how to identify commonly used wraps, how these wraps relate to one another, and how to apply this knowledge to creating and connecting your own sequences.
