We’re going to get you started on your dynamic journey in this beginner friendly intro class!
We are going to break down the body mechanics of safely landing on your knees and get started on some baby kip variations. Heel clacks and threads, and of COURSE some floorwork sassiness!
This class is for pole students Level 1 and up, so is truly beginner friendly. That said, some prior pole experience is required so that you have familiarity with beginner grip points and spin mechanics.
Heels and knee pads are a must for this type of pole, but don’t let not having them stop you! We have a ridiculous amount of spare knee pads, and also have a limited supply of pole heels we can let you use for this class!
This class is $21 or 4 tokens, and is included on all Unlimited Passes.
