Point Striking for Self Defense

While there is a lot of mysticism around point striking in martial arts, our way of teaching is consistent with modern medical understanding of vulnerable target locations. It is perfect for self defense as it evens odds with a stronger, bigger, and even a better trained opponent. If you are already proficient in some martial arts system, we will show you how to integrate point striking with existing fighting skills.
