Heyyyyyy Cousins! Get ready to drop it to your favorite trap songs, bust out old school dance moves to hiphop selections, show your sexy side to R&B jams, and shake it up to Afro-Caribbean beats. Experience a dance fitness workout with heart and soul. Every Trap Cardio class is defined by the following commandments: 1) We are all cousins in the name of family, fitness, and fun, 2) This class is not about perfection, it is about progress. Don't get caught up in left, right, up, down...just have fun, 3) If the beat takes you somewhere we are not, go there and one of your cousins might go there with you and 4) We don't wait for the beat to drop, we drop the beat!
Note #1: If you plan to attend all 4 days (1/3, 1/10, 1/24, and 1/31), select ONLY the 1/3 date and fill out the registration form. There's NO class on 1/17.
