Poetry Saves Lives, a supportive and healing poetry circle in the heart of Ocean Beach hosted by Jeremy Brownlowe of Typewriter Troubadour.

You don’t have to be a “poet.”
You just have to be human.

This is not a performance. This is a container.

Here, we’ll practice what it means to witness and be witnessed.

The afternoon weaves together:

• Grounding movement and breathwork
• Mindfulness and nervous system awareness
• Guided writing prompts
• Optional open-mic style sharing in a supportive circle

Come as you are.
Bring a journal.
Leave with language for what your heart has been carrying.
