Liberty Station Comedy Night is back at Moniker General with a headliner who knows how to turn a hangout spot into a full comedy club: Walter Ford.

Walter is one of San Diego’s fastest-rising comics, a Gary, Indiana original who brought his big Midwest energy to California and started tearing up stages across the country. He’s been seen on Steve Harvey, appeared on The Celebrity Dating Game on ABC, and has performed at major clubs including The Comedy Store La Jolla, Laugh Factory, Improv, Mic Drop Comedy, and American Comedy Co.

His comedy is high-energy, honest, sharp, and built on the kind of real-life observations that make the whole room go, “Yeah, I know exactly what he’s talking about.” He’s also the creator and host of Hilariously Blunt with Walter Ford, where comics, cannabis, and ridiculous backstage stories all collide.

Now he’s bringing that same raw, hilarious, room-filling energy to Liberty Station for a free Thursday night show that should absolutely not be free.
