The Time Trade Network of Greater Newburyport is sponsoring a free Poetry and Mindfulness Program presented by Elizabeth Rose, LICSW, MA, a psychotherapist, poet and a member of the Network. She leads The Gratitude Series via poetry at other local venues.*Join a fun afternoon get-together combining poetry and mindfulness!
*Read and discuss affirmation poems, then write poetry using a prompt generated by the poem.
*An easy and fun exercise to build your gratitude muscles and transform your mood and outlook.
