that Already Exists” is true and important for the future of our planet.
About Scott Hanson
Scott T. Hanson is the author of the award-winning and bestselling “Restoring Your
Historic House, The Comprehensive Guide for Homeowners.” He is an architectural
historian and preservation consultant in Maine with extensive experience in historic tax
credit rehabilitation and National Register nominations. His work has been featured in
