About this Event
The PMV Day of Service is a high-impact one-day event where experienced project managers partner with nonprofits, charities, and social profit organizations to tackle real operational challenges. Through structured collaboration, each nonprofit is paired with an experienced PM who helps clarify project needs, develop practical plans, and build momentum for meaningful progress.
This event is part of PMV’s mission to strengthen the social impact sector by providing valuable project management expertise that enhances organizational efficiency and advances mission driven work.
Day of Service brings together two key strengths:
- Nonprofits bring the mission.
- Professional project managers bring the expertise.
Together, they codesign solutions to the organization’s most pressing project or operational challenge.
Nonprofits receive:
· Actionable solutions
· Strategic plans and tools
· A full day of one-on-one collaboration
Project managers receive:
· PDUs
· Opportunities to connect with fellow professionals and influential leaders
· A chance to give back and contribute to the community
