About this Event
Step outdoors and learn to draw trees like the old masters.
In this guided plein air drawing workshop, local landscape artist and teacher Lelanie Slater will introduce you to Leonardo da Vinci’s fascinating approach to drawing trees - a method that helps artists understand the natural structure and rhythm of branches.
Together we’ll explore the beautiful trees of Didsbury’s parks, learning how to observe, simplify and capture their character on paper.
This workshop is suitable for GCSE level and above, as well as adults who want to deepen their drawing skills in a relaxed outdoor setting.
