Join Eleanor Godfrey as well as members of your community to create your own woven samples at The Parsonage in Didsbury.
Eleanor Godfrey is a heritage weaver and artist, and will be joined by Claire Malley and Hannah Egan who together form part of Manchester Community Textiles. (You can learn more about MCT here: @manchestercommunitytextiles and )
You'll enjoy an afternoon of creativity, mindfulness and learning new skills, as Eleanor shows you how to use a loom to create beautiful pattern.
Everything is provided and included in the price.
Take your samples home as a keyring, framed artwork, or just enjoy them as your own woven fabric!
Travel and access
The Parsonage is an accessible building. You can get there by bus, which stop outside on Wilmslow Road, or by tram (10 minutes walk from Didsbury Village) or by train (10 minutes walk from East Didsbury).
