Pleasure is a Practice: Reclaiming Joy, Desire & Self-Trust
About this Event
What if pleasure wasn't something you had to earn?
What if it wasn't selfish, frivolous, or something reserved for other people?
Many women spend years caring for everyone else while placing their own needs, desires, and joy at the bottom of the list. Add in the changes that come with perimenopause, menopause, stress, trauma, caregiving, and life itself, and it's easy to lose touch with the parts of ourselves that feel alive, connected, playful, sensual, and free.
Join GlitterBomb Author Leah Bomar and Intimacy and Tantra Coach, Stacie Steinbock for an honest, compassionate, and empowering conversation about self-love, self-care, pleasure, desire, and reclaiming your relationship with yourself.
Through storytelling, guided reflection, journaling, and discussion within a safe container, we'll explore the stories we've inherited about pleasure, productivity, aging, worthiness and what it means to truly care for ourselves in order to reclaim an embodied experience of desire and sensuality at any life stage.
Together We'll Explore:
• Pleasure as a form of self-care
• Reclaiming desire through life's transitions
• The impact of hormonal fluctuations on our bodies and relationships
• Emotional, physical, spiritual, and sexual pleasure
• Rewriting limiting stories around worthiness and joy
• Creating practical, sustainable practices that put you back on your own schedule
This is not a workshop about performing, fixing, or becoming someone new.
It's about remembering who you are beneath the expectations, obligations, and stories you've been carrying.
Come curious.
Come as you are.
Leave with practical tools, deeper self-awareness, and a personalized plan for bringing more pleasure, joy, and nourishment into your everyday life.
Snacks provided!
