A meditative walk through Chester Meadows & Grosvenor Park exploring and discovering the world of the plant spirits, followed by a drum journey and journaling with a cuppa at books on the walls. Connect to the dream world and learn to hear what the plants are telling us. Maria and Bex will teach you how to sit and safely journey to meet the spirit of the plants; to listen to the messages you are given. Cost for the day: £35 including a hot drink & cake of choice . Please bring suitable clothes for the weather as well as something to sit on , journal , pens and drawing materials such as pens / crayons /pastels/ pencils watercolours
We proceed to sit and commune with a plant /tree that we feel drawn too , after this continuing our walk back to books on the walls for a drumjourney to our chosen plant/tree , followed by journalling and cuppa/cake finishing by 1pm
