Harvest Full Moon Sound Bath with Reiki

Come join me the day after the Harvest Full Moon for a relaxing sound bath, infused with reiki. This moon falls at the start of Autumn and cosy sound bath season. It's time to bring out the candles, pillows and blankets again. 

The soothing sounds of the crystal bowls and chimes will work to bring deep rest and balance, much needed in our busy lives. The session will finish with a short reiki treatment. Ensuring that you leave feeling rested, recharged and ready for the week ahead.

Arrive to start at 6pm

There will be parking spaces at the Community Centre.

I always suggest bringing whatever you need to be comfortable for the Sound Bath and dress in your cosiest clothes.

You will need a mat but pillows, blankets, eye masks are optional.
