Plant "Seeds of Intention" and DIY Your Own Crystal Terrariums at Hagaman Memorial Library

Celebrate our "Plant a Seed and Read" Summer Reading theme with a relaxing afternoon of creativity! Join guest presenter Kim Larkin for a hands-on workshop where you'll build your own beautiful glass terrarium using small plants, soil, decorative sands, and an assortment of crystals to create a unique miniature garden to take home.
As you create, enjoy a cup of tea and a peaceful atmosphere with calming music. Kim will also share information about crystals and the ways many people incorporate them into their homes and living spaces, and participants can take part in a lighthearted crystal-themed quiz. Those who wish may also add a personal "seed of intention" to their terrarium as part of the creative process.
Kim Larkin has been leading creative workshops for more than 20 years. She is a licensed commercial chocolatier, a Certified Aromatherapist through the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA), certified in Coffee Foundations by the Specialty Coffee Association, and a lifelong tea enthusiast.
