Join us at Earthplace on Saturday, May 2, to learn how to forage for your own spring plants and mushrooms! This class will be co-taught by the founder of eattheplanet.org, Joe Ross, and the founder of CT Foraging Club, Amy Demers. Class will consist of a 45-minute lecture in which participants will learn how to identify and use spring plants and mushrooms. We will then go on a 45-minute walk to practice plant and mushroom ID.
Cost: $30 per person. 15% of ticket sales will go to Earthplace.

We will run the class rain or shine.
