Five-week spring session in Tim's Kitchen at Wakeman Town Farm. Wednesdays, noon-1:30 pm, $325 pp. Due to opportunity costs, no refunds or makeups allowed.
Session includes:
Instruction, assistant, materials + ingredients.
We learn culinary skills and techniques, as well as varied flavor profiles and seasonal eating, and, we eat what we cook!
