Learn why it's important to have an end-of-life plan and how you can create this plan for yourself or a loved one. Through seven sessions, this course covers topics like financial changes, advance medical and legal directives, estate planning, grief, and more. This course is designed for registrants to take all seven sessions, though it's okay to miss a week as needed. This course is led by UW-Madison Division of Extension.
