Ever feel like you're carrying more the weight of the world on your shoulders? Maybe you've taken on other people’s expectations, absorbed negative beliefs from childhood, or held onto guilt, shame, or resentment, whether from what others have projected onto you or the stories you've told yourself.Journey to Letting Go is a powerful 9D Breathwork experience designed to help you release emotional baggage, old patterns, and limiting beliefs. Whether it’s:
🌿The need to always be strong for others
🌿Fear of failure or not being "enough"
🌿Past heartbreak, betrayal, or rejection
🌿Guilt or regret over things you did, or didn’t do
🌿The pressure to meet unrealistic expectations (from society, family, or yourself)
🌿Old habits or coping mechanisms that no longer serve you
With each 9D journey, you will experience and release exactly what your body needs and is ready too. Grounded in science-backed techniques, these sessions combine conscious connected breathwork with sound frequencies, guided voice, and subconscious reprogramming tools to shift your brainwaves, regulate your nervous system, and release stored tension in the body.
You will be provided a thorough introduction, mat, eye mask, blanket and concluding with crystal singing bowls to allow for further integration of the session.
