The experience culminates in The Primal Roar - a visceral declaration of your readiness to lead, act, and live from unwavering presence.
For this session you will be provided a thorough explanation of breathwork, creating a safe place to immerse yourself in the experience. At the conclusion of the breathwork, I will play the crystal singing bowls to allow your body to integrate the session, ending with a short grounding meditation.
