Some of us bury it so deep we hardly know it’s there, until it leaks out as stress, anxiety, or shutting down.
Others feel it bubbling under the surface, snapping, lashing out, or feeling out of control.
Whether you repress it or it overwhelms you, From Fury to Freedom is for those ready to do something different with their anger… and step into liberation.
No denying it. No exploding from it.
But to meet it - honestly - and learn how to move it, feel it, and transform it.
Because anger isn’t the problem.
It’s how we’ve been taught to fear, suppress, or mishandle it that keeps us stuck.
