About the Beginner Session:
This is the perfect class for athletes new to the mound. You may have played baseball for some time, but just learning the position. You may be a younger athlete that just hasn't had formal pitching training. If this is you, the Beginner Session is perfect.
Coach Josh and Coach Austin will focus on preparation, Arm Care, mechanics, Velo Training, and position-specific basics like PFP (Pitchers Fielding Practice), Holding Runners, Pickoff moves and balks.
About the Age (7-11):
This is more a suggestion then a hard and fast rule. If your son is 13 but new to pitching, this is perfect.
