About the Advanced Session:
This is the perfect class for athletes new to the mound. You may have played baseball for some time, but just learning the position. You may be a younger athlete that just hasn't had formal pitching training. If this is you, the Beginner Session is perfect.
Coach Josh and Coach Austin will focus on more advanced level of preparation, Arm Care, Med Ball Work, Velo Training, and Dialing in on in-depth Mechanics. Rapsoto will be used to gather additional in-depth information.
About the Age (12-up):
This camp will be a physically challenging camp for more developed athletes. We will be a fairly hard-and-fast rule as far as age requirement do to the advanced nature of training and topics.
