Sessions meet on:

• Fridays from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Saturdays from 11:30 AM - 6:30 PM

• Asana training to include instruction in how to plan and teach Yoga 1, Gentle Yoga, and Yoga Flow
• Pranayama training to include instruction in yogic breathing techniques
• Functional Anatomy of Yoga online training
• Teaching Methodology
• Sequencing and Class Design
• Principles and Practice of Meditation
• Philosophy of Yoga
• Business of Yoga including information of social media marketing and working as a yoga teacher
• Finding Your Voice including practices to strengthen communication skills
• Instruction in teaching to Special Populations including pre-natal yoga, yoga for children and chair yoga
