Get your workout on at Armature for an outdoor challenging mat Pilates class featuring an open-ended resistance band. We’ll modify some of our all-time favorite Pilates moves by integrating the resistance band for some muscle toning, stretching, and overall fun. Whether you are new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, this class will adapt to your level and leave you with the “good” kind of soreness and post-workout bliss. New attendees will receive a complimentary class pass for their first studio visit.Class Details:
