About this Event

Megan Slattery is a local highly sought after private instructor who has taught yoga for 15 years to teachers, in studios, in homes, to professional athletes and to those facing Alzheimer’s. Megan strongly believes in treating yourself well at any stage in life, with any obstacles you might face.
Since moving to Hazel Park, she has added Stott Pilates to her repertoire. She firmly believes in the power of a Pilates/yoga mat, some joyful movement, focused breathing and caring for cats (& all animals) as a way to feel good in this world.
