Join Amy (@amy.justbe) for a yoga practice open to all levels, where friendly felines may join you on the mat or curl up on your lap! This gentle session is designed to help you unwind and practice mindfulness through accessible poses in a calm, welcoming space. No prior yoga experience is needed, and kids are welcome to join when accompanied by an adult who can help ensure they participate quietly or observe respectfully.
