This is more than a Pilates class. It’s a celebration of Salvadoran culture and the joy of being in our bodies—exactly as we are.
We'll kick things off with a fun, accessible Pilates class designed to get you moving, feeling strong, and connecting with your body. Then we'll come together for pupusas, music, and community !
Whether you're Salvadoran, connected to Salvadoran culture, a Pilates regular, completely new to Pilates, or simply looking for a fun way to celebrate—you belong here. Wearing blue is encouraged! 💙
