Empowering Sunset Park Pilates

In Corinne’s classes, you can expect to feel challenged in a way that also encourages you do listen to your body and take your strength to an achievable next level. Her energy is high, encouraging, and cheerful. Every class brings a high level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail.

Since we are outside the classes are weather dependent - if the high is below 60 degrees a/o there is consistent rain within an hour of the Experience, we will cancel the event and send as much notification as possible. If for whatever reason the conditions are poor but you have not received a cancellation notice, assume the class is not happening. Sometimes we go out to practice and there's some unexpected construction, another class/events, etc., that may gently interfere with our original plan, in that event we will gently shift to another location at Sunken Gardens.

Look out for the Free Park Pilates Signs near where we will practice. We are entirely donation based where we strongly prefer cash investments between 5-52 dollars per Experience.

Our recurring Investors at 52 dollars a month gets you access to all of our gatherings. At each experience you will likely find plants, arts, and natural beauty products available for sale to supplement your lifestyle. We will never turn away someone who can't invest with us so please come on out! If you're interested in private sessions with the instructor in the future please let them know!
