Mat Pilates - All Levels Welcome
WHERE: At the market, there is an upstairs outdoor area that you might have sent your kiddos to play at before, just head up the stairs and turn left - you'll see me with music and mats :)
- BYOM - If you need to rent a mat from me, it is a $2 fee or you can bring a book to donate to the library in place (I only have 12 mats, I highly reccomend getting to the event early if you plan to use one, it is first come first serve)
- All levels welcome! I layer my movements so no beginner will feel left behind, and no veteran will feel unchallenged
- Pre and Postnatal certified - please come 10 minutes early so we can chat through our do's and don'ts!
- $10 at the door - you pay via venmo directly to me
