Pilates In The Park

Join Coach J for an outdoor 50 minute mat Pilates session at Cira Green ( The Park In The Sky) Overlooking the beautiful city of Philadelphia.

Bring a friend and hangout afterwards and have a picnic and small bites and drinks at the Sunset Social that open at 12 noon.
Bring a mat, water, sunglasses and anything else you think you'll need for and after the session.
