About this Event

It’s time to gear up, and crush your goals at the City Fitness Summer Studio Sessions at Jefferson Plaza! Every 2nd Thursday, from 5 PM to 6 PM, from April to November we’re throwing down some serious sweat to kick off your weekend right!

Expect a lineup of different workout formats each month—whether you're crushing it with high-intensity interval training, finding your zen with some hardcore yoga, or smashing through those strength builds. We’ve got something for everyone!
