**Pilates classes in English starting in October! �**Hi everyone!
I'm starting **Pilates classes in English** (Wednesdays 11:30am in Weißensee) and thought some of you might be interested.
The class is designed as a preventive health course, which means **your German health insurance will cover most of the cost!** You only pay upfront and then get reimbursed by your Krankenkasse.
**What to expect:**
* All levels welcome - I'll adjust exercises for everyone
* Small groups (max 8 people) for personalized attention
* Focus on core strength, flexibility, and posture
* 10 sessions for €165 (insurance reimburses €75-150 depending on your provider)
Perfect if you're looking to improve your fitness, work on posture (especially great for desk workers!), or just want to try something new.
