Join us for a Pilates & Vision Board Evening designed to help you reset, reflect, and step into the new year with clarity and intention.
We’ll begin with a Mat Pilates or Reformer Pilates class, focusing on mindful movement, breath, and reconnecting with your body after the busy festive period. Following the class, we’ll transition into a guided vision board session, giving you space to reflect on the year ahead and visualise how you want to feel, move, and live in 2026.
All materials will be provided, just bring an open mind and a willingness to dream a little bigger.
This is a calm, creative and community-led evening, perfect for anyone looking to set intentions in a way that feels embodied rather than overwhelming.
